Where Cows, Monkeys, Dogs and Human have equal rights on traffic.
Where one can hear the echoes of history.
Where the words ‘superior’ and ‘inferior’ are non-existent.
Where nature and mankind are tangled with each other.
Where one is bound to surrender its ego and become part of the ‘One’.
Yes, I am talking about my favorite place, it is world’s most ancient city, my birthplace Varanasi.

On a serious note, not in big metro cities anymore but it still holds true for most parts, statistically, may be 75% roades would respect cows 😊

There are many reasons originated from a range of different emotions. Like: I am at home with my parents. It is where I feel free, like I know every corner and I belong to it. It is different from most places in the world, there you feel certain cosmic rhythm. This place is not so much about objectifying things to derive rules. Perfect example of self running systems without much of enforced rules. People interact with strangers like they know each other for years.
You have to visit it to understand, why it is different.
